Lozowick, Louis

   American painter, graphic artist and art critic. He was born in Ludovinka, a small village in the Kiev district, and went to the US in 1906. He published articles in the Menorah Journal on the works of Jewish artists. His Hundred American-Jewish Painters and Sculptors is a comprehensive study of modern American Jewish art.
